For many owners after a life time of business ownership the owner experiences an emotional loss when the trip is over, and the sale is final. If there’s no answer to ‘what’s next’ the Executive finds themselves looking for more, and a way to stay engaged.
The SEA Executive In Residence (EIR) program has been developed to help Executives with this loss. It is designed for accomplished executives that have exited their company. It provides the Executive an office, support and engagement with talented professionals. The program offers the Executive continued learning experiences and personal growth. The goal for the EIR program is to help create the next great success for the Executive, or help them discover the fast paced and exciting world of M&A. The EIR programs vary in length based on the EIR’s requirements.
