November 23, 2021 – Strategic Exit Advisors (SEA) is proud to announce the successful sale of Precision Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of calibration products and services, to Applied Technical Services (“ATS”), a national leader in calibration, engineering, testing and inspection services and a portfolio company of Odyssey Investment Partners.
Precision has an outstanding tradition of establishing trust in performing calibrations and providing products and integrated solutions that facilitate their customers’ most vital operations.
Dan Kendra, Precision’s owner and CEO, stated, “I am thrilled for the future of Precision and our people as part of the ATS family. SEA was a trusted advisor in helping me sell my business, which was founded by my father, Ray, in 1968 and where I have led for over 40 years.”
