Strategic Exit Advisors Hires New Investment Banking Analyst
Strategic Exit Advisors (SEA) is pleased to announce that Brandon Yan, through Drexel University’s CO-OP program, has joined the firm as an Investment Banking Analyst.
Curt Cyliax, Managing Director of SEA, says, “Brandon’s previous experience with the buy-side of the M&A process will work well with SEA’s approach to helping our entrepreneurial clients successfully exit their businesses while preparing them for what comes next.”
Yan is currently studying Finance and Business Analytics at Drexel University. In addition to his studies, he is a member of Sharing Excess which is a non-profit focused on eliminating food insecurity. He is also a member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity and is co-founder/lead analyst of the Drexel SigEp Investment Fund. Prior to his role as an Investment Banking Analyst at SEA, he worked as a Private Equity Analyst at Bellator Trust, LLC., a search fund based out of San Antonio where he learned the ins and outs of the M&A process from the buy side. A native of Katy, TX, Brandon enjoys traveling with his family, trying new restaurants with friends, listening to country music, and working out.
