SEA conducted a targeted competitive process that resulted in multiple offers for MNM, a leading provider of communications and electrical network solutions specializing in low-voltage cabling, wireless infrastructure, Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), and electric vehicle (EV) charging station installations.
