March 28, 2024 Strategic Exit Advisors (SEA) is proud to announce the successful completion of a new partnership between its client EndoscopyMD (EMD), a surgical equipment repair and service company, and Gore Creek Holdings

The new partnership provides EndoscopyMD with renewed resources and capabilities to advance its mission of providing healthcare workers with best-in-class repair of surgical equipment to enable patients to receive procedures with safe, dependable equipment.  The partnership has also fulfilled the goals of the company’s founders and owners, Laura and Jeff Schell and will enable EndoscopyMD to build its reach and scope of services while maintaining the highest level of quality and responsiveness.

Since EMD was founded in 1999, the company’s core niche has been servicing flexible and rigid endoscopes on behalf of its government and commercial healthcare customers.  The company’s foundational mission has been to provide safe, hygienic surgical equipment to patients. EMD was founded to serve VA hospitals and military treatment facilities to improve the care of our nation’s veterans, and has since expanded to serve commercial healthcare facilities across the U.S.

Laura Schell, EMD’s President, stated, “We are thrilled to begin our partnership with Gore Creek Holdings, as our new partner will enable EndoscopyMD to invest meaningfully to scale our service offerings and help more patients.  Jeff and I enjoyed working with SEA, who earned our trust in advising us creating a partnership that was the most important of our business lives.”

Tony Parisi and Rob Waring, Managing Directors, and Peter Hissey, Vice President, at SEA, led the process of finding a strong growth partner for EndoscopyMD.  Tony reflected, “Laura and Jeff Schell built an amazing company with a purpose of improving the lives of veterans and other healthcare patients. Their success emanated from that mission, with the help of great people and a lot of hard work and ingenuity. We are grateful and proud to have worked with the Schells, and we know that Gore Creek Holdings will be a tremendous partner in furtherance of EndoscopyMD’s operation on an even grander scale.”

EndoscopyMD (EMD): has been a trusted partner in surgical equipment repair for over 25 years.
